Client responsibility
The client provides accurate context, confirms lawful purpose and must not use results for harassment, blackmail, discrimination or unlawful conduct.
Intellectual property
KONTUR retains rights in its general methods and templates. Rights to a commissioned report are defined in the engagement agreement.
