FormSubmit forwards the enquiry to our email and, under its published policy, may retain a copy for up to 30 days. Contact us first to agree a secure channel for sensitive information.
Active engagements
Research material is retained during delivery and for the period agreed in the engagement terms.
Working copies and backups
Access is restricted. Backup copies expire through the relevant provider's technical deletion cycle.
Longer retention
Data is kept longer only where required by law, agreed in writing or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
